Preparation

logo Your EuropeNever buy a home without first having obtained detailed information on it. This reduces the risk of making a bad buy.

Here is a list of things you are recommended to do or check before buying:

• visit the home more than once (preferably with an expert);
• get professional advice (from an architect, contractor, land surveyor, notary, etc.);
• check the situation regarding land use planning (planning permission etc.);
• ensure that any  condition(s) precedent are included in the provisional contract of sale.
