Explore Europe with the NeurOdyssee game
Belgium will hold the Presidency of the Council of the European Union until the end of 2010. As part of the EU Presidency, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister has joined forces with the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the European Union to develop NeurOdyssee, an online game. The game is aimed primarily at children, but anyone can play.
Play the part of a 'Neuroid' (an alien from outer space) and test your knowledge of the European Union by answering questions about the 27 EU countries and key events in EU history. While playing, you can liven things up by using 'disruptions' to prevent other players from answering questions correctly.
To play the game, go to www.neurodyssee.be. Anyone can sign up. And educators can use it as a tool to teach pupils about the European Union.
