The federal government has launched a website with the aim of centralizing all information about the situation in Ukraine and how this affects our country. A call centre has been launched as well.
Belgian residents, Belgians living abroad, local cities and municipalities, Ukrainians who are already staying in Belgium and people on the run can find more information on www.info-ukraine.be. Various government departments are working together to bundle and further complete this information.
On this website, Ukrainians on the run will find information about their rights upon arrival in our country, the steps to be taken and how they are welcomed.
People in Belgium can also consult the website to find more information about they can lend a helping hand.
The federal government has also launched a general information hotline. The call centre can be reached every day from 9 AM to 5 PM, by calling 02/488 88 88.
