Lunch boxes: get into good habits for a risk-free lunch break

At school, a poorly stored lunch box can become a breeding ground for bacteria, especially when it's hot. 

The FASFC recommends using stainless steel or glass containers, and packing food that is less sensitive, such as hard-boiled eggs or hard cheese. 

The ONE advises against using plastic boxes, which can release chemical substances when exposed to heat or fatty foods.
